The work, presentation style, conceptual execution, preservation approach, and distinctive artistic identity associated with our Kiswah artworks are protected under applicable intellectual property and legal frameworks.


As the concept gained international attention and recognition, multiple imitation works and copy-art attempts began appearing in the market. Unfortunately, several individuals and businesses started recreating highly similar designs, layouts, compositions, and presentation styles inspired directly by our original work, while also using replica fabrics and misleading representations.

We would like to clearly state that any unauthorised recreation, imitation, replication, commercial reproduction, or misuse of our registered Kiswah artwork concepts, designs, compositions, artistic direction, branding identity, or signature presentation style may result in strict legal action worldwide.
